If you have two left feet and would rather spectate, grab your favorite beverage from the bar and watch generations of dancers rock-step the night away.

FALL BALL LUNCH
Keep in touch
Join the email directory’s
Wolverine support group
It was an abundant spread for the players’ lunch at this past weekend’s fall-ball games provided compliments of the fastpitch Wolverines parents.
The team’s moms and dads from time to time come together to support the players with food and treats, fundraising projects and team activities.
One primary means of communication is the “Wolverine softball e-mail directory” that currently lists just parents but also welcomes friends, fans, relatives, and anyone that loves Wolverine softball to join the list. Adding your name and email address commits no one to anything except to receive emails occasionally about events like the parent-organized fall-ball lunch.
To add your name and email to the directory, just send a note to WesleySoftball@gmail.com.
Scroll down the column on the right of this blog to find a link to the directory.

STRETCHING
Cooling down
Three benefits from
stretching AFTER workouts

stretching AFTER workouts

@ Winning Softball/ Behind The Mask blog.
“… THREE KEY REASONS why it is so important to stretch after a workout.
“REASON #1: IT INCREASES YOUR RANGE OF MOTION… some stretching when your body has the combination of being warm and tight, it is going to loosen up your muscles and work to permanently elongate your muscle fibers which will give them a greater range of motion AFTER your workout...
“REASON #2: DECREASES YOUR RECOVERY TIME… your muscles will feel looser. The next day you are going to feel better and your muscles will feel like they have more energy...
“REASON #3: PREVENTS INJURY... You will feel the best you have in a long time and will have less aches and pains in your back, legs and other trouble areas that you have previously felt…
“Take the challenge. Try it for a month after your practices. You will never go back. You will feel incredible.”
